Introducing Jan Winslade
An intuitive and gifted healer, international yoga and meditation teacher, published author and sought-after public speaker, Jan Winslade heads up a successful worldwide business facilitating health and wellbeing classes, workshops and retreats.
A lover of life and a lifelong learner, Jan is passionate about inspiring people to live healthier and happier lives, to follow their dreams, nurture their wishes and desires and to realise their true potential.
Jan’s 35 year career began in nursing but quickly evolved into a quest for more wholistic wellbeing. Extensive and ongoing training now enables Jan to draw on modalities including yoga and mindfulness, mantra, essential oils and bush flower essences, massage, meditation, Reiki and life coaching.
She loves spending time with her family and friends on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Australia, walking on the beach, swimming, reading inspirational books, sitting quietly in nature, and being grateful for everything in her life.

I am teaching a Meditation class starting on Monday 4th May at 8pm in a private face book page, for four consecutive Monday’s.
A program to help you calm your mind, connect to your intuition and feel good.
You will experience the magic and power of sacred mantras to manage your thoughts and balance the emotions.
We will be practising a set of breathing practises to boost your immune system and reduce stress.
The meditations will stay up in the fb page for you to use during the four weeks.
You will be supported in a safe environment amongst a likeminded community.

Spend a nourishing afternoon with me and a group of an inspired yoga community as we take a journey into a retreat to relax and unwind to feel a sense of deep peace and calm.
Together we will explore, simple yoga poses, breathing practises, guided relaxation, mantra chanting, the use of essential oils to clear and boost your immune system and much more.
We will gather in my “virtual studio” and all you will need is your laptop or tablet, a comfy cushion, bolster and block if you have one, blanket, water, herbal tea.
