Introducing Jan Winslade
An intuitive and gifted healer, international yoga and meditation teacher, published author and sought-after public speaker, Jan Winslade heads up a successful worldwide business facilitating health and wellbeing classes, workshops and retreats.
A lover of life and a lifelong learner, Jan is passionate about inspiring people to live healthier and happier lives, to follow their dreams, nurture their wishes and desires and to realise their true potential.
Jan’s 35 year career began in nursing but quickly evolved into a quest for more wholistic wellbeing. Extensive and ongoing training now enables Jan to draw on modalities including yoga and mindfulness, mantra, essential oils and bush flower essences, massage, meditation, Reiki and life coaching.
She loves spending time with her family and friends on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Australia, walking on the beach, swimming, reading inspirational books, sitting quietly in nature, and being grateful for everything in her life.

We will then finish with a deep relaxation, yoga nidra a practise of meditation, guided relaxation and visualisation,
