You will experience a gentle flow of yoga poses to strengthen your body and reduce stress, you will be guided through breathing practises to balance the mind and emotions and a short relaxation with visualisation to relax, recharge and refresh your mind, body and energy, leaving you feeling healthier and happier in your day.
We will be using Zoom to run the course, if you have not already used Zoom here is a link to download the application it can be used on both your computer or phone.
