Spend a nourishing afternoon with me and a group of an inspired yoga community as we take a journey into a retreat to relax and unwind to feel a sense of deep peace and calm.
Together we will explore, simple yoga poses, breathing practises, guided relaxation, mantra chanting, the use of essential oils to clear and boost your immune system and much more.
We will gather in my “virtual studio” and all you will need is your laptop or tablet, a comfy cushion, bolster and block if you have one, blanket, water, herbal tea.
