Jan regularly holds workshops and retreats in Australia and Bali, these workshops can held from an afternoon, a full day to a 5 day retreat, depending on the style of workshop and its purpose.

An Exclusive Bali Retreat
Nourish your Mind Body and Soul a time to connect deeply
Monday 22nd July at 3pm until Saturday 27th July 2019 at 3pm
Inclusions: 5 night of accommodation, 3 meals a day, filtered water, daily massage (except Ubud Day), transport to Ubud Day visit, a tour to the Pyramids of Chi and an experience of a sound relax healing.
Transfer from the airport, daily yoga classes, morning mantra chanting, workshops and meditation sessions, a water blessing ritual, the use of our private pool. You will learn and experience ancient wisdom to nourish your mind, body and soul.
The retreat is based in Balian on the West Coast of Bali. We are situated 1.5-2 hours away from Bali airport by car.
La Balian is 2km from Balian Beach – a beautiful little fishing/surf village on a black sand beach near the Sacred River in Balian. The retreat is situated in the middle of a working rice field so the views are stunning and the experience is very authentic.
The only neighbors are our local farmers and their animals. With the water on one side and the mountains on the other, we are assured of a relaxing time together.
Reiki I Workshop
This Reiki I Workshop will active your own healing power with this hands on healing technique to use on yourself and others. You will learn how to Balance your Chakras, heal and balance your mind body and soul.
